Through an 18-month period of business recalibration, the hotel’s EBITDA significantly increased and the valuation nearly doubled.

Mantra Mackay

The property underwent a value-add renovation of lobby spaces, reduction of wages and overheads, legal compliance, and a rebranding of the property and offering.
